Step by step we will introduce your puppy to the grooming process, with constant praise and encouragement to ensure it is never a stressful experience. We believe that this method helps us to create the best possible bond with you and your pet.

How it works.

Step 1 - Puppy Socialisation

Your delightful puppy will spend 60 minutes with us, getting used to the sights, smells and sounds of the salon. At the end of the session you will spend 10 minutes with a stylist learning basic brushing and combing techniques and they can answer any questions you may have.

Your puppy will be bathed in our special puppy shampoo, blow dried and fully combed out. We will clear the hair around the eyes, feet and hygiene areas. We then familiarise your puppy to the clipper to ensure they are feeling confident for their upcoming full groom.

Now it's time for the main event! Your puppy will have their first full groom, to your desired requirements.
