We will introduce your puppy to the grooming process step by step, using constant praise and encouragement to ensure it is never a stressful experience.
We believe this method helps us create the best possible bond with your pet.
Here is how it works:
​Step 1 - Puppy Socialisation​​​
Your delightful puppy will spend 60 minutes with us, getting used to the sights, smells, and sounds of the salon.
At the end of this session, you will spend 10 minutes with a stylist learning basic brushing and combing techniques, and they can answer any questions you may have.

​Step 2 - Puppy Bath​​​​​
​Your puppy will be bathed in our special puppy shampoo, blow-dried, and fully combed out.
We will also clear the hair around the eyes, feet, and hygiene areas.
​Step 3 - Puppy Groom​​​​​
​​We then familiarise your puppy with the clipper to ensure they are feeling confident for their upcoming full groom.

Now it's time for the main event!
Your puppy will have their first full groom to your desired requirements.​
